A couple of years back my husband and I had just placed our home on the market for sale with an internet service that provided exposure of our home , this service seemed to be somewhat productive but just didn’t give us the wide spread exposure we were expecting , but we gave it a try anyway , we had some activity but found it was difficult to screen perspective buyers, not being professionals it was a challenge .
One afternoon we had a knock at our door and their stood Chris Day , he was in the neighborhood on business and saw our “for sale by owner” sign .

Chris Day is tops in my mind for service and he has purchased 3 homes for me and to give you an idea of how he goes beyond the call of duty, when we purchased our home there were 3 tiny pine trees in front of our golf course view which did not bother me in March when we moved in 12 years ago, however when we returned in October, these skinny trees had now grown several feet and were blocking our water and golf view!
