Chris Day is an excellent real estate agent. When we started looking for a house, Chris explained the process of finding a house in this area. We discussed what my price range should be. He then found about 6 homes on the market in my range range. He also showed me several home above and below my price range so I knew I looking in the correct price range. When we found the home I liked, Chris explained how to make an offer to see if the seller would lower his asking price. Our offer was accepted and Chris then explained the steps necessary to complete the sale.
