I flew down here to The Villages 9 years ago Labaor Day Weekend from Louisville, Kentucky. I already had appointments set up with Chris for Friday and Saturday of that weekend. I stayed with some friends from Kentucky who spoke highly of Chris and told me that they could set me up with him. Chris had sold them their house.

Chris picked me up on Friday and we looked at houses and villas in different areas. By Saturday, I had decided that I wanted to buy that weekend since I was worried all of the houses would be gone. Long story short, I called members of my family to tell them. Chris did NOT try to push me or talk me in to buying something so fast. That's one reason that attracted me to Chris. I was beyond excited. There was a lot of work to do before purchasing the house, and Chris was there every step of the way.

About a year or so ago, I was thinking of selling my house and moving to a house on a golf course. I contacted Chris and he came over to my house to discuss the matter. After discussing different things, I realized I was not ready to purchase another house in my price range. I really did appreciate how honest Chris was about what I would need to do and go through in order to do this. I do know that if I ever decide to move again, I'll definitely call Chris Day.
