On a decision as important as buying a home, wouldn’t you want to work with an agent who is not only an ultimate professional, but also someone you will be able to consider a long-term resource? I worked with Chris Day almost five years ago to find my wonderful home in The Villages, FL. He actually found me the perfect home while I was almost 1,000 miles away in Maryland. Between pictures and videos and phone calls, he got me exactly what was needed to make a decision. The impressive thing, though, is that over the last five years, he has invited me to events about twice a year where he entertains his clients, current and previous. He knows and remembers us all. At at least one point, he even called me, out of the blue, just to make sure I was doing OK, during these difficult times.
Bottom line . . . Chris Day has been one of the very top agents in this area every year for quite a while. He will guide you through the home purchase process, with you at every step of the way. Best, though, is that once you work with him, you become part of his “family.” He will always be there to assist you and answer any questions. You cannot find a better person to work with you in such a major decision.
