I first met Chris at his open house showing. Chris was very helpful answering all
my questions about the house. He presented no pressure on me to buy the house. A couple days later I called him about my interest in the house I had looked at. After talking about the price asked, I made an offer on the house. During my price negotiations with the owner he was very helpful calling several times keeping me updated. When the negotiations were complete he completely explained the sales contract, taxes, and bond. The biggest and most important part of the sale was his assistance with the house inspection. I was back up North at the time so Chris volunteered to represent me during the inspection and closing.

Chris was the Sellers rep. We could have chosen our own agent but we felt he listened to our concerns and worked with the buyer to have professionals fix
some roof and gutter concerns.

As a sellers rep, I am sure the sellers were happy, they got there price. We got a great home with all immediate repairs done.

Chris listens to what you tell him, looks for solutions and options open to both parties.
I was always impressed with his follow up even if I did not like the message sometimes. He will get back to you same day in most cases. So.... In short.
