I believe if you are looking for a home in Central Florida Chris Day is the person to call. I stumbled upon Chris back in 2006, I accompanied a family member that was looking for a home in The Villages. I had no intention of buying a home but since I do like to look at homes I asked if it would be possible for me to see two different models.... I knew he was busy but he never made me feel like I was taking him out of his way. A year later I was coming to Florida and Called Chris and asked if it would be possible to show my husband a couple of the homes .... we were both still working and were still not looking to buy. Again Chris was more than happy to take some time out of his day and show us a few homes. (maybe even more than a few. and he knew we were not going to buy at this time) Several months after that I lost my job and we decided to make the move. After being with Chris twice before this I knew I could trust him. We talked about the models that we had liked in the past. He sent me a few pictures of homes that were available and made his recommendations. We picked one and then he sent us many pictures. We bought our house on line. After we moved the other two homes were still available so I went to look at them and Chris was right on the money and steered us to the right home. We have been living here for 12 years and this is still the home for us.
