Chis Day is a great guy. My wife and I met with him several months before moving to the Villages- he sent us a litany of homes to choose from. One day- we were at a friends home (before the move) and we saw a FISBO. The location was perfect and she did not want to involve a realtor. I told Chris we found what we wanted and would not need his services. He had not taken us out yet- but he had done some leg work. I thought I might need to pay him for his trouble. He told me nope- he was good if we were- just tell your friends about me. He even invited me to his annual party.
