Realtor-less, I stopped at a Saturday open house (which was the first day the home was listed) and the house was packed with people. He is a consummate agent whose skills gave us confidence both the transactions would go smoothly – which they did. My husband is a former realtor so we appreciate the value a skilled professional brings to purchasing and selling transactions and he didn’t disappoint!

Within 5 short weeks, Chris facilitated the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. Although this new home is a “dream”, we’ve learned not to say it’s our final Village home. However, we can definitively state if it isn’t, we will certainly call Chris again!
