When you are on the county website you will need to pick the tax district you are in:
For most of Sumter County, you will select “County… (not inside any city limits)” but for the three courtyard villa neighborhoods surrounding Brownwood (Alden Bungalows, Atwood Bungalows, and Antrim Dells) and anything south of SR 44 those Villages fall within the City of Wildwood so you would choose “Wildwood..(2002).”

For Lake County, these are going to fall into Property Location of Lady Lake (anything around Spanish Springs and the historic Villages of Orange Blossom, Country Club Hills, and Silver Lake) or Fruitland Park (Villages of Pine Hills and Pine Ridge).
